These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ae67 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

Account Registration and Security

- ae67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage of the account lifecycle. This includes at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to account restriction or closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals
ae67 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods. All financial transactions on ae67 are subject to the following terms.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ae67 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day. Players may request higher limits subject to account verification.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your ae67 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ae67 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ae67 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed.

Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ae67 account holder. ae67 does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- ae67 targets withdrawal processing times of 15 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Actual processing times may vary during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
- ae67 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification of account activity, particularly where unusual patterns or potential policy breaches are identified.
- In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds or wagering-linked balances may be forfeited. Only verified net deposits may be returned at ae67's discretion.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
ae67 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
- Bonuses are credited to your ae67 wallet as bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
- ae67 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already in progress at the point of modification will generally continue under their original terms.
- A maximum of one active welcome bonus may be held per account. Welcome bonuses are not available to players who have previously held an ae67 account. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
- Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with any betting strategy designed to guarantee profit or exploit mathematical advantages, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotion terms.
- ae67 reserves the right to void bonus-related winnings and restrict bonus eligibility for any account suspected of abusing promotional offers.
Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play
All games and betting markets available on ae67 are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within the game interface or market page. In addition, the following general fair play rules apply to all activity on the platform.
- Players must not use any software, algorithm, script, bot, or technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage over ae67 or other players. Any account found to be using automated betting tools will be suspended pending investigation and winnings may be voided.
- In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, ae67 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. ae67 will not honour winnings arising from games affected by a verifiable technical error.
- Sports betting and live in-play bets placed after the official result of an event is known — whether due to data feed latency, pricing error, or any other reason — are void. ae67 reserves the right to cancel such bets and return stakes.
- Collusion, chip-dumping, and any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from ae67 are strictly prohibited. Accounts implicated in collusion may be permanently banned and associated funds confiscated.
Responsible Gaming Obligations

The ae67 brand name and logo may not be used in any context — including social media, websites, marketing materials, or any other medium — without explicit written permission from ae67. Unauthorised use of ae67 intellectual property may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ae67 limits its liability to players as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- ae67 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, even where ae67 was aware of the possibility of such loss.
- ae67 is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, mobile network outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
- Where ae67 is found liable to a player, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to ae67 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
ae67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ae67 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the platform or by email. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of the page.
Your continued use of ae67 following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ae67 customer support.
